1) Where do you ship to and from?

2) Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes. We will upload the tracking number as soon as the item is shipped. You will receive a shipment confirmation by email once we have uploaded the tracking number into our system. Please also note that if you have multiple items in your order, we may ship them separately due to different warehouse locations. In that case, we upload the tracking number for each individual item, or

3) Why can't I track my order using the provided tracking number?

Please note that the tracking information you receive can sometimes only be tracked after 3-4 working days. This is because the item is still being processed by the carrier and was not immediately scanned and/or updated in their system. If this happens, you can re-track at a later time.

4) How quickly do you ship?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment (weekends are not considered working days). We do our best to ship as quickly as possible and will update you with tracking information as soon as the item is shipped.

5) I have entered the wrong address, help!

Please contact us within 12 hours if you need to change an incorrect address. We may not be able to change your delivery address after the 12 hours have expired
